Shout Box LANGUAGE RULES

OK it has come to me and DZ's attention that there has been a bunch of NON english speaking in the shoutbox
this is an ENGLISH forum and please ask that you speak english in the shout box
speaking any other language other then english will result in a warning
if you are spoke to 2 times you will get a temporary ban
any more then 3 times and you will have a permanent ban from the Shout Box
